Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in urban infrastructure project management, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in the development and execution of master plans for large-scale urban development projects, including land use, transportation, and utilities.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration among diverse teams, including architects, engineers, urban planners, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations as they pertain to urban infrastructure development.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and community relations, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Comprehension of sustainable development practices and the ability to incorporate environmentally conscious design principles into project planning.

Job Responsibilities:
