As part of our expansion in Doha, we are seeking an experienced Project Director (Oil & Gas EPC) to lead large-scale projects and ensure world-class execution.

Role Overview

The Project Director (Oil & Gas EPC) will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex oil and gas EPC projects. This leadership role requires deep industry expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to align technical execution with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EPC projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• 12–15 years of experience in oil and gas EPC projects, with at least 5 years in a director-level role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale EPC projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (PMP certification preferred).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
