The Mandate

Ferrometalca LLC is executing high-value engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts within the regional energy sector. We are securing a seasoned Project Director to assume absolute operational and financial accountability for our heavy industrial and pipeline infrastructure projects out of our Nizwa hub. In this executive role, you will lead the project from initial design optimization through to mechanical completion and final commissioning. You will be the primary authority ensuring multi-million OMR projects meet stringent technical tolerances, tight delivery timelines, and rigorous safety mandates.

Core Directives

• Take full ownership of EPC project execution, directing multi-disciplinary teams across engineering design, global procurement, and on-site construction.
• Control comprehensive project budgets, managing financial forecasting, cash flow metrics, cost-control systems, and contract variations.
• Lead contract management and commercial negotiations with clients, major subcontractors, and international vendor networks.
• Enforce uncompromising Quality Assurance (QA/QC) and Asset Integrity frameworks alongside strict Oman Ministry of Energy and Minerals safety codes.
• Present detailed project milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and financial health audits directly to the executive board and client representatives.

Who Fits the Profile

• 12 to 16 years of progressive project management experience within the Oil & Gas sector, with a definitive track record of directing large-scale EPC or petrochemical construction projects.
• Deep expertise in contract frameworks (FIDIC/EPC), project scheduling software (Primavera P6), and industrial construction methodologies.
• Proven capability navigating localized regulatory clearances, environmental permits, and Ministry standards within the Sultanate.
• A university degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering—a professional Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is highly preferred.

The Settlement Package

We provide a flat, all-inclusive monthly salary of OMR 4,500, structured to cover your base executive pay, Al Dakhiliyah housing accommodations, and transit provisions.
