WSP Middle East is seeking a high-caliber Project Director / Senior Project Director to lead the successful delivery of a landmark high-rise tower in Riyadh,KSA. The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to quality across every aspect of delivery - from the service we provide and the client relationships we build, to the teams we lead and the construction works we supervise.You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budget, schedule, and WSP's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• A degree in a discipline suited to the work to be delivered, with the ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Construction Supervision projects.
• 20+ years' experience in leading construction supervision of multi-disciplinary projects.
• Working for an international consultancy for 20+ years and over 5 years of experience in the Middle East.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong client interface presence.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale tunnelling and hospitality projects, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects involved.
• PMP, RICS, or similar project management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a high-rise / supertall tower project, ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld at every stage.
• Foster a strong client relationship by consistently delivering exceptional service and acting as the primary point of contact.
• Build and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule, while meeting client requirements and business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including design management, construction supervision, cost control, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and digital best practices in project delivery.
• Represent WSP at senior-level meetings and within broader industry forums as required.
