Project Director Stadiums KSA

Commercial PD Location: Riyadh, KSA Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: 75,000 - 90,000 SAR per month

We are seeking a Project Director Commercial KSA-Stadiums or Associate Director- Sports Stadiums for a permanent position in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This vacancy is with a world-class Construction Consultancy and a long-standing client of Stafford Lawrence Ltd. The position will be based in Riyadh. As with the majority of our vacancies, there are some VERY strict requirements for this position. Please read them carefully. Our client is one of the premier multidisciplinary construction consultancy organisations in the Middle East and indeed across the globe. They work in a number of sectors but this job vacancy requires high profile or Iconic Sports Stadiums projects experience.

Requirements for the Project Director Commercial KSA - Stadiums- Middle East Vacancy ALL the following requirements MUST be met

1. Above all this position specifically requires an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor/ commercial manager, so you must have MRICS or FRICS Quantity Surveying route. We cannot consider applications without this. It is a MANDATORY requirement.
2. Stafford Lawrence is seeking Director level candidates for this senior level position. So, you should have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy in a Director or Associate Director position. The role will be based in KSA.
3. For this position our client requires a minimum of 20 - 25 years experience Post Degree, from the year you attained your Degree Qualification.
4. Previous Middle East experience is a requirement, with at least circa 10+ years on high profile sports stadiums projects.
5. Construction Consultancy experience is a requirement. We are not seeking Main Contractor candidates for this position.
6. Candidates should have longevity of service with well-known consultancy organisations. Preferably 5-7 years experience with each organisation. Candidates who have moved roles frequently every 1-2 years or who have long periods of unemployment cannot be considered for this role. The end client has listed this proviso.
7. A degree qualification specifically in Quantity Surveying Commercial Management or Project Management from a well-known University.
8. In addition, you will have significant experience of overseeing large sports Stadiums projects.
9. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone who is very adept at overseeing the contractor.
10. Please note: As per Saudi employment law, we require a candidate who is under the retirement age of 60.

Salary & Benefits for the Project Director Commercial Stadiums KSA

An excellent total package salary is available for this vacancy. The salary banding provided by our client is 75,000-90,000 SAR per month total package. PLEASE NOTE: Our client can be negotiable on this package for the right person who meets ALL requirements. So if your current salary is above that stated, please contact us for a discussion.
