Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and deliver high-end villa construction projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure project excellence, and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for multiple luxury villa projects
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Manage project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Drive cost control, risk management, and value engineering initiatives
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely approvals, procurement strategies, and resource allocation
• Monitor progress and report project performance to senior management
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience delivering villa or luxury residential projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project controls
• Experience managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
