Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Draughtsman with a strong background in engineering and interior fitout/joinery projects. The candidate will work closely under the supervision of the Project Manager, responsible for preparing full technical drawings and blueprints for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and blueprints for interior fitout and joinery projects.
• Convert conceptual designs and sketches into accurate CAD drawings.
• Manage and maintain all project drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, designers, and site team to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
• Review and update drawings based on client or project manager feedback.
• Ensure all drawings comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and design specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and contractors to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Support the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and technical problem-solving.
• Prepare drawings for approvals, submissions, and on-site implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience , in interior fitout or joinery projects. ( Home country experience also consider)
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or Interior Design with strong technical background.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of interior fitout, joinery fabrication, and technical standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and produce complex construction drawings.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must submit CV and portfolio demonstrating past projects and technical skills.
