Project Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. You will work closely with site teams, designers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-end residential and commercial renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with designers and project managers to understand scope of work Prepare BOQs, material lists, and technical drawings Monitor site progress and ensure work is done as per drawings and standards Resolve technical issues on-site and communicate effectively with all stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery and execution Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and assist in project documentation Attend site meetings and provide technical support during project lifecycle Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 7-10 years experience in renovation or interior fit-out projects Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishes Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools UAE driving license is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary package Opportunities for career growth Supportive and creative work environment.
