Joseph Advertisers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Technical Oversight:

Provide engineering support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct technical assessments, risk evaluations, and troubleshooting.

• Execution and Monitoring:

Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and post-project evaluations. Maintain records of all project-related activities and decisions.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering roles, preferably in the advertising or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
