Job Purpose :
Assure the follow up with the different departments from the preparation of the technical offer, coordinating with the customer side up to the delivery of the product to the customer.
Key Responsibilities :

Review order master production schedule and develop the project plan ensuring to meet contracted delivery date.

Follow up with the different departments in the facility the preparation of the technical and financial specifications and the delivery date.

Follow up with the sales department the receiving of the delivery order.

Prepare reports on the reason of non-execution of the delivery order.

Prepare the strength and weakness report for all the departments in the factory.

Maintain the coding system for the standard projects and send it on monthly basis to the sales department.

Assist in the Plan the dispatching process, invoices and deliverables.

Communicate with sales department regarding project amendments and coordinate between concerned departments.

Coordinate with the dispatching, logistics, sales quality control, production and the after sales the exit of the product from the facility to the client.

Communicate with the logistics department the readiness of the product to be delivered to the customer.

Receive the customer complaints and communicate them with the related departments.

Follow up on the collection process.
Qualification & Education
:
-
Education: B.Sc. of Engineering is mandatory.
-
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in Projects Management.
-
PMP Certification would be advantage.
-
Language: Good Command of English.
-
Computer skills: MS office.
