Project Engineer

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations for High Rise residential projects (G+10 to G+20).
• Assist & monitor progress and report to Project Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with Trakhees regulations , safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Should hold Trakhees cards for engineers.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and schedules; report progress to stakeholders.
• Attend site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Review and help prepare shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Lead site teams and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

📋 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of UAE-based site experience , preferably in Trakhees jurisdiction.
• Proven track record in delivering G+10 to G+20 projects.
• Trakhees and Dubai Municipality (DM) accreditations are mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
