Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with proven expertise in managing technical projects from conception to completion. This role requires hands-on experience in the UAE market, with a focus on project execution, technical innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments for all newly arrived staff to ensure targets and performance objectives are being met.
• Identify potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships to secure projects
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of MEP works for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations, codes, and international best practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues encountered during project implementation.
• Oversee procurement processes and monitor the timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform site inspections, enforce safety standards, and implement quality control procedures.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, project schedules, and progress updates for management review.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP or related engineering projects in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering MEP projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate staff from diverse nationalities effectively, fostering teamwork and maintaining productivity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
