Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Resource & Team Management: Allocate resources effectively, delegate tasks to team members, and provide technical guidance to ensure project success.
- Budget & Schedule Control: Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure completion within the allocated resources.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality control criteria to ensure the project meets high standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and provide regular progress reports on project status.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills

Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
- 5 years of experience in DUBAI in project engineering or a related role.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is often preferred.
