Project Engineer

Catalyx is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering projects across multiple sites. This role is responsible for ensuring projects meet technical requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with solid project management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• 
  Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders across disciplines.
• 
  Monitor progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• 
  Ensure all work complies with technical standards, codes, and applicable regulations.
• 
  Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, vendors, and contractors.
• 
  Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting as necessary.
• 
  Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering projects, preferably in a field-based or industrial setting.
• 
  Strong technical acumen and project management skills.

  Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.

  Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices.

  Ability and willingness to travel frequently to project locations.
