Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer with a civil engineering background for our residential construction projects in Bangalore. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in residential civil construction and procurement. Proficiency in Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil is essential. The candidate should also be experienced in purchasing and negotiating building materials and must own a two-wheeler for site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for residential projects.
• Handle procurement of materials, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of quality construction materials.
• Maintain strong coordination with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Track material usage, maintain records, and optimize procurement costs.
• Visit multiple sites across Bangalore as required.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in residential civil construction and procurement
• Languages Required: Fluent in Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil

Skills:

• Strong knowledge in building material purchasing and vendor negotiation
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution
• Site coordination and material planning
• Other Requirements:
• Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
