RESPONSIBILITY:

•Visiting sites on regular basis for quality assurance.

•Handling technicians and ensure their schedules are followed.

•Allocate resources as per the project requirement.

•Coordinating with facility manager for estimation of BOQs.

•Meeting clients to understand their requirements for the upcoming project of maintenance and fitouts.

•Method of statement - logical, step-by-step manner on how a specific task should be done by the team. Ensure implications of a task and should contain the control measures.

•Conduct risk assessment.

•Work in collaboration with Facility Manager for procuring material and liaison with Procurement department for requirements.

•Prepare technical reports – PPM.

•Verify and approve quotations prepared by team.

•Conduct Health and Safety training for TBS staff.

•Tool box talks – to aware staff on possible hazards at work and how to stimulate to avoid casualty.

•Generate leads from existing clients for sales.

•Conduct staff performance review and responsible for improvising performance. Recommend Training requirements to HR.
