Ainsley Search Group is hiring a
Project Engineer
with solid experience in leading the project management for custom engineering projects to join a Global OEM Manufacturer located in Delaware County. This Project Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and act as the POC to lead and coordinate the project progression from start to finish. This is a contract to hire opportunity with competitive compensation, bonuses and benefits, they would like to develop the right individual to be their next Project Manager as part of succession planning.
Responsibilities:

Report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with customers, suppliers, internal cross functional team to coordinate, plan and execute engineering projects across materials, production, supply chain, overhaul, and field support.

Communicate with all parties in a timeline manner regarding materials level, shortage, production status, ECN, bottleneck, and timely implement corrective action to ensure project progression within budget and timeline.

Oversee and support shipment, production, overhaul, field engineering and installation, customer and supplier communication, training, etc.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal cross functional teams to ensure equipment and system design, development and commercialization meets project timeline and budget, resolve any bottlenecks throughout project life cycle.

Ensure project progression within timeline and budget, communicate timely with management and customers regarding changes, delay, engineering constraints, and develop solutions to reduce cost, improve efficiency throughout the life cycle of engineering project.

Support field installation, commissioning, overhaul, and service for systems and equipment, provide technical support to field service team and customers as needed, provide training on manual, warranty, etc.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer, Business or equivalent in work experience

Recent years of experience as a project engineer, project specialist, project coordinator, exposure of managing engineering project life cycle.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, able to apply creative and innovative thinking.

Excellent communication and people skills

Project Management experience, ability to work and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
