Project Engineer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Review and maintain all construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Responsible for coordinating on-site activities with contractors, vendors, and government authorities to ensure seamless project execution and compliance.
• Monitor quality and safety standards at the construction site.
• Maintain detailed site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Assist in comparative analysis, negotiations, and finalization with support from Project Manager.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment at the site for smooth operations.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with site supervision and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.

EDUCATION

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
• MBA or relevant certification (e.g. SHRM) is preferred.
