Project Manager – Automation & Instrumentation

Yadav Instruments and Automation is a growing industrial automation company providing PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives, and Field Instrumentation solutions across pharma, food, and manufacturing sectors.

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will lead automation and instrumentation projects — from design to commissioning — ensuring smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute automation projects (PLC, HMI, SCADA, control panels).
• Coordinate between design engineers, site technicians, and clients.
• Review and approve control panel drawings, I/O lists, and wiring diagrams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and manpower allocation.
• Handle site commissioning and troubleshooting activities as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.E. in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Automation.
• 1–5 years of experience in automation project execution or management.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, Drives, and industrial communication.
• Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Excel/Project for documentation and planning.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹253,918.92 - ₹776,077.08 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
