Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery team in monitoring project progress and preparing status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure all project requirements, deliverables, and timelines are met.
  • Assist in tracking design submissions, material approvals, and site progress during both pre-construction and construction phases.
  • Prepare detailed project progress reports, technical summaries, and risk assessments for the Senior Project Manager.
  • Participate in design and technical review meetings to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Identify potential issues affecting schedule, quality, or cost and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated in accordance with corporate quality management systems.
  • Support implementation of sustainability, health, safety, and environmental policies in all project phases.
  • Liaise with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely material supply, contractor payments, and budget control.
  • Contribute to the preparation of tender documents, technical evaluations, and contractor performance reviews.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones to minimize delays and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and streamline project execution.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil or MEP Engineering; Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • 2 4 years of experience in project coordination, design management, or site supervision within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction sequencing, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with consultants and contractors.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
