Project Engineer

We are seeking a Project Engineer to be assigned to our Project Management Department at our Headquarters, with the following qualifications.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Mechanical, Aeronautical or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Departments of Universities,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering or a similar field,
• Preferably experienced in the Defense and Aerospace Industry,
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges,
• Knowledgeable about metal production processes and methods,
• Familiar with Project Management software and tools (e.g., MS Project),
• Preferably holding a PMI certification,
• Skilled in organization, time and cost management,
• Strong teamwork and communication skills,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed,
• Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement detailed project plans by ensuring clarity of scope, schedule, and budget specifications,
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables,
• Provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure designs meet technical specifications and industry standards,
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve emerging technical issues,
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement departments to integrate project requirements into manufacturing processes,
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports and progress updates,
• Regularly report project status to management and stakeholders,
• Ensure all project activities comply with Menatek’s quality standards and regulatory requirements,
• Conduct reviews and inspections to verify that deliverables meet required specifications and performance criteria,
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
