Project Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress and track project timelines using MS Project or Primavera to ensure every milestone is met with precision;
• Review AutoCAD layouts and SLDs to ensure the seamless integration of electrical and mechanical systems across all plant assets;
• Manage relationships with vendors, OEMs, and lean contractor teams to streamline site activities and material availability;
• Lead site supervision with a focus on 100% HSE compliance and quality standards, managing

everything from equipment procurement to final commissioning and documentation;

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success;
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines;
• Responsible for RFI and submittal process;
• Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience;
• At least 5 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager;
• Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite; MS Project, Primavera;
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
