Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support project delivery across residential, commercial, and hospitality developments. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years’ relevant experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and closeout for construction projects.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor on-site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Assist in cost control, material takeoffs, and progress billing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support.
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and project handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years’ experience as a Project Engineer in real estate/construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and MEP coordination.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Willingness to attend site regularly and work flexible hours as required.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
