Project Engineer – High-Rise BuildingProfile Summary

Project Engineer with strong experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects. Skilled in coordinating construction activities, reviewing technical documents, and supporting project delivery from structural works through MEP and finishing stages. Effective communicator between site teams, consultants, and management to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Site Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities for high-rise construction works
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and shop drawings
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and standards

Planning & Progress Support

• Coordinate with Planning Engineers to meet project schedules and milestones
• Monitor daily and weekly site progress and report deviations
• Assist in preparation of look-ahead programs and recovery plans

Quality & Safety

• Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and inspection requests (IRs)
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities
• Enforce HSE requirements and safe work practices on site

Commercial & Documentation Support

• Assist Quantity Surveyors with measurements, variations, and site records
• Maintain site documentation, technical submittals, and correspondence
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documents

High-Rise Building Expertise

• Coordination of structural works, vertical core, and floor-by-floor activities
• Interface management between structure, façade, MEP, and finishing trades
• Experience with phased completion and tower handover requirements
