Project Engineer

About Us:
IKSAA Interior Decoration LLC is a leading interior fit-out and construction company in Dubai, specializing in luxury villas, high-end residentials, and premium commercial interiors. We are renowned for delivering innovative, high-quality, and timely solutions for our clients. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to oversee and ensure excellence in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and client expectations.
• Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and track project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and final deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and progress reports to the project management team.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Oversee inspections, snagging, and handover activities, ensuring client satisfaction for luxury residential and villa projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Site or Project Engineer in interior fit-out projects, preferably in luxury villas, high-end residentials, or premium commercial interiors in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works, construction drawings, MEP coordination, and site execution procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities, work under pressure, and maintain strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications is a plus.
