Project Engineer

Job Description:

Job Summary: The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams, managing technical issues, and reporting progress to management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Execution: Support project planning and define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed schedules and ensure timely execution of all project phases. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and technical standards

.Budget & Quality Control: Track project costs and ensure compliance with the approved budget. Implement quality control and safety standards on site. Prepare periodic performance, cost, and progress reports .

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate between engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless workflow. Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing issues proactively.

Technical Support & Risk Management:

Provide technical guidance to teams during project execution and review drawings/specifications. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation pla

ns.Reporting & Project Handover: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management. Ensure project documentation and handover packages are complete and accurate.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fie

ld).Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or project managem

ent.Skills: Strong technical skills in project planning, monitoring, and analysis. Excellent communication and coordination skills with teams and clients. Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
