Conformity Engineer - Electrical - Riyadh

Job Summary:

Conducts evaluations, reviews, and approvals within the conformity assessment process, including inspections, audits, and test witnessing as assigned.

Your Tasks

• Coordinate with Clients for all necessary supporting documents/records as per Applicable Technical Regulations and Scheme Requirements as per relevant scheme.
• Manage telecom equipment approval processes under CST Saudi Arabia for devices
• Review RF, EMC, safety, and SAR test reports for telecom devices.
• Handle certification processes under MOIAT ECAS/EQM programs (UAE), SASO SABER product certification (Saudi Arabia).
• Ensures correct and timely Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issuance concerning the productivity and quality targets of the product certification team.
• Conduct Application Evaluation / Review as per competence matrix, for the Certification Requests.
• Conduct Technical Review of Test Reports, Factory Audit Reports & any other Technical Documents/ Records as per Applicable Technical Regulations and Scheme Requirements.
• Assist clients with technical queries concerning the Conformity Assessment Scheme Requirements.
• Ensure Compliance with the Company’s and Relevant Government Authorities’ Policies, Procedures, and Regulations.
• Coordinate with Teams/Departments Internally to ensure a prompt Certification Process.
• Perform Duties or Tasks which may be assigned by Managers related to the ISO/IEC 17065/ ISO/IEC 17020 activities.
• Perform audit, inspection, test witnessing as per job/department requirements.
• Identifies non-complying products and maintain records for the same.
Maintain the job list and directory of certification for assigned and completed tasks.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors in Electrinical, electronics or relevant displine.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the Electrical, Electronics and communication field.
• Language: English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage. Other languages are also acceptable
• Driving License: Not Mandatory
• Other Training: LA (Lead Auditor) or Internal Auditor certificates in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc., are an added advantage
