Project Engineer

Litco steel structure and fabrication company in Riyadh is seeking a Project Engineer to join its growing team. The company specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-quality steel structures for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee steel structure projects from design to completion.
• Supervise fabrication, erection, and site installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to confirm accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress and resolve site issues.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Support procurement and logistics teams in material planning for fabrication and erection.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to international and company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–15 years of experience in steel structure fabrication and erection projects (preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC).
• Strong understanding of steel detailing, fabrication drawings, welding, and erection procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, MS Project, and related engineering software.
• Excellent communication and technical report-writing skills.
• Valid transferable Iqama is an advantage.
