Job Summary:

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering and construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain quality and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
  • Supervise site activities and resolve technical issues
  • Verify quantities, materials, and work completed on site
  • Attend project meetings and provide technical support
  • Ensure quality control and proper implementation of MEP and civil works
  • Track project schedules and highlight delays or risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations (UAE experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with MEP works and coordination
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
