Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Project Engineer to manage and execute interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Supervise installation works (carpentry, gypsum, MEP, flooring, ceilings, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare progress reports and updates for management
• Handle material submittals, approvals, and procurement coordination
• Attend client and site meetings
• Resolve technical issues on-site efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
• 2–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials and execution methods
• Experience in commercial/residential projects (offices, villas, retail, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
