Project Engineer

Seven Sense Contracting & Facility Management LLC is a leading company specializing in comprehensive general contracting services. We are committed to delivering exceptional construction solutions and are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

* 5-6 years of proven experience in project engineering or construction management.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.

* Proven track record in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, and large-scale developments.

* Proficient in project management software and tools.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

* Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

* Review contract documents and manage contractual obligations.

* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
