Project Engineer

Job Overview

Atovee Steel Construction & Contracting LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Engineer to oversee the execution of structural steel projects from planning through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple project stakeholders while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage steel fabrication and site installation activities
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Review and validate design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Ensure projects are delivered as per approved timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical or execution-related challenges
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in structural steel projects
• Strong understanding of steel structure, steel fabrication, erection, and site coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
• UAE Driving License is preferred

Preferred Profile

• Experience working on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Hands-on exposure to site execution and project coordination
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
