Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer who can effectively manage interior fit-out project execution while contributing to estimation and cost control activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise end-to-end site execution of interior fit-out projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project implementation
• Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation
• Perform quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Analyze project requirements to develop accurate cost plans and budgets
• Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations in line with project needs
• Monitor project costs, variations, and resource utilization to maintain profitability
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE policies, and company procedures
• Identify risks and provide practical and cost-effective solutions
• Support variation orders, claims, and project close-out processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 3–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and project execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project coordination tools
• Good understanding of materials, site operations, and cost control practices
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• UAE Valid Driving License
