Project Engineer

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of a corporate

building enhancement project across design, tender, and execution stages. The ideal candidate will

possess strong multidisciplinary expertise in interior and exterior building design, MEP systems,

green energy solutions, and construction management.

Design & Engineering Support

  • Support and review concept, schematic, and detailed designs during the project design

stage.

  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, sustainability consultants,

and structural engineers.

  • Contribute to interior and exterior design development, ensuring alignment with corporate

standards and modern building aesthetics.

  • Support the integration of smart building solutions, energy efficiency measures, and

advanced control systems.

  • Ensure designs comply with local codes, international standards, and green building

requirements (LEED).

Tender & Procurement

  • Prepare and review tender documents, including specifications, BOQs, drawings, and

technical scopes.

  • Support tender evaluation, technical clarifications, and contractor pre-qualification.
  • Assist in value engineering without compromising quality, sustainability, or performance

requirements.

Execution & Construction Support

  • Provide engineering and technical support during construction and commissioning stages.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with approved drawings,

specifications, and schedules.

  • Support coordination of MEP works, including HVAC upgrades, pumps, electrical systems,

plumbing, and fire protection systems.

  • Supervise civil repair works, including crack repairs, waterproofing, and coordination of

structural assessments and recommendations.

  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Required candidate with Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 7+ years of experience in Oil& Gas
