  • Documentation & Technical Control: Manage project documentation, including shop drawings, Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and material procurement.
  • Site Coordination: Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with construction plans, specs, and building regulations.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Develop detailed work plans, track progress against milestones, and manage project timelines to prevent delays.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management: Assist in cost tracking, purchasing, and negotiating terms with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe job site.
