Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil works execution for substation projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations, standards, and approvals.
• Monitor project schedules, site progress, and construction activities.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
• Coordinate material requirements and site resources.
• Prepare progress reports and project updates for management.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Ensure timely completion of works within approved timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong experience in substation projects within the UAE.
• DEWA approval is mandatory.
• Good understanding of DEWA standards and utility project requirements.
• Strong site coordination and project execution experience.
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Candidate must currently be available in the UAE.
