Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in civil construction and interior fit-out projects to manage site execution, coordination, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality and safety compliance, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and deliver projects within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil and fit-out works at project sites.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documents.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and site logistics.
• Resolve technical issues and support project execution teams.
• Attend project meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and authority requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, finishing works, and site coordination.
• Experience in commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
