Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to manage and execute façade and aluminum works across multiple projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent site supervision skills, and the ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines. Given the nature of the role, frequent site visits are required, making a valid Qatar Driving License mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management

• Manage the complete project cycle from planning to final handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Technical Expertise

• Provide engineering input on façade systems, aluminum works, and installation methodologies.
• Troubleshoot technical and construction-related issues effectively.

Site Supervision

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Liaise with design, procurement, planning, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, submittals, and client specifications.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Participate in meetings, provide project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Procurement & Material Control

• Review material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Check material quality and compliance with façade and aluminum specifications.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and submit technical documentation, progress reports, and change orders.
• Ensure adherence to Qatar building codes and international façade standards.

Risk & Safety Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Enforce health, safety, and legal compliance across all project activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in aluminum and façade project execution.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum profiles, glass, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Familiarity with Qatar construction codes and international façade standards.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
