Job Description

Euro Systems is seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer – Façade to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and executing façade projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and technically sound solutions that meet client expectations and project requirements. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of façade systems and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and project managers to fully understand project scope and objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to determine the most suitable façade systems for each project.
• Prepare detailed design proposals, including schematic drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, procurement, and production) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents such as shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation manuals.
• Perform on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support to installation teams during the execution phase.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve milestones and deliverables on time.
• Act as a primary liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical queries and project-related concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in façade engineering to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (Master’s is a plus).
• Proven experience in façade engineering, focusing on design, technical analysis, and execution of façade systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in CAD software, BIM tools, and other façade engineering applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments.
• Solid project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, local authority regulations, and façade industry standards.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building certification systems is an advantage.
• Flexibility to visit project sites and attend meetings as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
