Job Title: Project Engineer - Façade

Job Description:

Euro Systems is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer specializing in façade systems to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the execution of façade projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' specifications and expectations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to determine the most suitable façade systems for each project.

Develop detailed design proposals, including schematic drawings, specifications, and material selections.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.

Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation instructions.

Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams during the implementation phase.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors to address any technical queries or concerns.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in façade engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in façade engineering, with a focus on design, analysis, and construction of complex façade systems.

Strong technical proficiency in CAD software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other relevant engineering tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and mitigate risks.

Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Qatar.

Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certification programs is desirable.

Flexibility to travel occasionally for site visits and project meetings.
