Job Summary:

Euro Systems LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer with proven expertise in aluminum and façade systems to lead and manage project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise aluminum and façade projects from initiation to handover.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and installation teams.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Prepare progress reports and actively participate in project meetings.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–12 years of experience in aluminum and façade projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, structural glazing, cladding, doors, and windows.
• Ability to review shop drawings and coordinate with fabrication teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
