Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to manage and oversee aluminum façade projects from design through to on-site installation. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent site coordination skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Execution

• Manage façade and aluminum projects, including shop drawings, material approvals, fabrication, and site installation
• Review IFC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Planning & Documentation

• Prepare project schedules, method statements, and material submittals
• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards

Site Management & Quality Control

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Manage snag lists and handover documentation
• Support procurement processes and coordinate with factory/fabrication teams

Technical Support

• Provide guidance on aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows & doors, cladding, skylights, and shopfronts
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 3–7 years UAE experience in aluminum and façade projects
• Proven track record in façade and aluminum project delivery

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
• Curtain wall systems (unitized & stick)
• Windows & doors, skylights, shopfronts
• Cladding systems and aluminum profiles
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, site practices, and HSE regulations

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Additional Requirement

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
