Senior Engineer - QA/QC (Mechanical - Static)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer – QA/QC (Mechanical – Static) with 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry to ensure quality control and compliance for static mechanical equipment during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for mechanical static equipment.

• Review inspection and test plans (ITP), drawings, and technical documents.

• Conduct inspections for static equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors on quality-related matters.

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and QA/QC documentation.

• Support audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical static equipment inspection and quality standards.

• Experience with codes and standards such as ASME, API, or equivalent.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
