QA/QC Engineer - Interfior Fit-out

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in the interior fit‑out industry (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of interior finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and material specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and QA/QC systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site inspections.

About the Role

The QA/QC Engineer will oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures across all interior fit‑out projects. This role ensures that all works meet project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, and site execution, along with a proactive approach to quality management.
