QA/QC Engineer

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (Building Construction)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed works to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and review Inspection, method statements, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
• Ensure all site activities adhere to approved drawings and standards.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all quality inspections and reports.
• Attend site meetings and provide quality-related input.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in building construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and regulations.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
• Certification in QA/QC (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent) is an advantage.

Benefits:

Salary: Between 8,000-10,000 AED + Visa + Insurance + Yearly Ticket
