Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer with strong expertise in aluminum and façade systems to lead and manage project execution from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality and safety standards while coordinating effectively with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee aluminum and façade projects from project kickoff to final handover.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure project clarity and compliance.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Develop project schedules and track progress against planned timelines.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and installation teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in client and internal project meetings.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and site issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–12 years of experience in aluminum and façade projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, structural glazing, cladding, aluminum doors, and windows.
• Ability to review shop drawings and coordinate with fabrication and production teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
