Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the execution of façade, aluminum, glazing, or construction projects by coordinating site activities, technical documentation, and project planning to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects at site
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
• Support procurement and material submittal processes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Assist Project Manager in tracking project timelines, costs, and resources
• Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with design and engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 2–8 years of UAE experience in construction, aluminum, façade, or fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and site execution processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aluminum, façade, or building envelope projects
• UAE driving license preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
