Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to lead the execution of façade and aluminum works across multiple project sites in Qatar. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent site supervision, and the ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule. Frequent site visits make a valid Qatar Driving License mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management

• Oversee the complete project cycle, from planning to final handover.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Technical Expertise

• Provide engineering guidance on façade systems, aluminum works, and installation methods.
• Resolve technical issues and construction challenges efficiently.

Site Supervision

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Manage site coordination to address on-ground challenges proactively.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Liaise with design, procurement, planning, and project management teams for smooth execution.
• Verify compliance with approved shop drawings, submittals, and client requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Attend project meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations.

Procurement & Material Control

• Review material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Verify quality and compliance of all façade and aluminum materials.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and submit technical documentation, progress reports, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar building codes and international façade standards.

Risk & Safety Management

• Identify project risks and implement preventive measures.
• Enforce health, safety, and legal compliance across all project activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in aluminum and façade project execution.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum profiles, glass, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Familiarity with Qatar construction codes and international façade standards.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
