Job Description

Euro Systems is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer – Façade to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution and delivery of façade projects, ensuring technical excellence, quality compliance, and timely project completion in line with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to determine appropriate façade systems and solutions
• Develop design proposals including schematic drawings, technical specifications, and material selections
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from design to handover
• Oversee preparation of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to site and installation teams during execution
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones
• Act as a technical liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Review RFIs, technical submittals, and design changes
• Stay updated on façade engineering trends, materials, testing requirements, and industry best practices

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• 3–7 years of experience in façade engineering with exposure to design, fabrication, and site execution
• Strong knowledge of aluminum façade systems, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and façade accessories
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and other relevant engineering software
• Good understanding of UAE building codes, authority requirements, and international façade standards
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
• Experience with sustainable façade systems and green building practices is an added advantage
• Willingness to attend site visits and coordination meetings as required

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
