Project Engineer (Civil)

## **Job Title:** Senior Site Engineer

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.

* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

* Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress to meet deadlines and milestones.

* Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

* Ensure quality control and proper documentation of work.

* Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

* Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

* Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to the site team.

* Assist in billing, quantity surveying, and project documentation.

* Support procurement and material tracking processes.

### **Qualifications & Experience**

* Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

* 6–10 years of relevant experience in site execution and supervision.

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.

* Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
